Job Profile SummaryJoin our dynamic cybersecurity team as one of the key cybersecurity operation leads, with a primary focus on identify management, ensuring secure and efficient access across our systems. The IAM Lead oversees the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, aligning it with technological advancements, best practices, and compliance requirements. This role is pivotal in leading digital identity transformations, managing the identity lifecycle, and ensuring secure access to company systems, data, and applications.

Primary Duties

1. Develop and maintain an IAM program with robust policies and procedures.

2. Ensure secure and compliant access to systems and data by collaborating with various departments and teams

3. Manage the planning and deployment of IAM solutions that meet both business and security needs.

4. Work with senior leadership to ensure the program complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

5. Create and update training materials for identity and access management.

6. Keep the IAM strategy up to date with industry developments and trends.

7. Oversee JML processes for onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.

8. Support IAM integration across applications.

9. Enhance user experience, technological value, and security through ongoing improvement initiatives.

10. Gather requirements and lead IAM system enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.

11. Act swiftly in coordination with incident response teams during identity-related security breaches.

12. Manage relationships with IAM solution providers to ensure service quality and alignment with business needs.

13. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws through effective identity management strategies.

14. Lead IAM audits and ensure practices meet internal and external compliance standards.

15. Participate in strategic IT security planning and decision-making.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Educational/Experience Level:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and five years related experience in IT SOX Compliance, audit or a related field; or equivalent.

CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or similar credentials preferred. Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM. Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD.

Communication Skills:
Clear communication of technical issues to diverse audiences. Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships. Proficient in resolving complex IAM challenges. High level of detail orientation and multitasking. Efficient under pressure with strong prioritization skills. Teamwork-oriented with a collaborative approach. Adaptable to changing technology and requirements. Quick to learn new technologies and industry.

Numeric Skills:
Must possess numeric reasoning and computation ability.

Computer Skills:
Requires strong PC skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Workspaces, Excel, Word, Workday, and PowerPoint). Origami experience preferred.

Physical Demands:
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.

Work Conditions:
Works both on-site and in the field; must be available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, to immediately respond and travel to various division locations based on need.

Work is occasionally outdoors, and may require occasional long, irregular hours. May be required to report to out-of-town
locations for extended periods to establish and operate remote claims servicing centers.
